I have very bad experience and was promised a refund on my room. It has been 11 days since my stay and still no refund. Ive called and I just keep getting the run around from the hotel. I arrived on March 8th at 8pm to check in only to find a lobby full of other guest. We were all told that they had no rooms available. After everyone was mad and complaining cause we booked our room and had confirmation I was then told no rooms were clean and needed to wait. I was spoke to very rude and unprofessional by the gentleman at the door. I proceed to wait for my room until 11pm. My husband myself and our daughter finally got to our room and it was terrible. It had a horrible smell for a room that was just being cleaned. We continue to go in and get ready for bed. I went to the bathroom only to find hair all over the floor and in the shower as well as mold all over the ceiling and walls. We went back to lobby and finally found a manager and asked for another room. This women who was the GM Im told continued to rush us away and said Ill give you the room for free if you just stay there my husband said no you will give us the room for free and put us in a clean room. I do also have pictures Id everything. The manager then went on to tell us that we would have to wait again if we wanted a new room. At this point it had become so ridiculous that the security guard came over. He then came to our room to check it out and he said no way would he even put his family in that room. Finally the manager came up to the room and found all the issues herself. We finally we put in a new room and its now 12:30 am. My daughter who insisted she needed to shower went to go shower and the vent fell out of the wall into the shower with her. Seriously I cant make this up. It was really busy due to the wrestling tournament in town. That does not justify how we were treated. We were told our room would be taken care of and it still isnt refunded yet. When we checked out the next morning we told the assistant FOH manager that was at the desk and he too was very rude about the whole situation. He finally said ok it was taken care of. I asked for print out that showed that and he gave me one that said $0. Very disappointing stay.

Doubletree by Hilton in Hot springs Ark is a SCAM they charged me 250 dollars saying the room smelled like smoke. I do smoke however went to my car and was at the casino in the smoking section for hours so Im sure my clothes smelled as such.. But I DID NOT smoke in the room and no damage was done to the room.. Ive complained and complained and have gotten nowhere.. Basically one night cost me $440 I will never book with these crooks again

I booked my stay trough Hotels.com . Istayed at Breckenridge Double Three hotel on February 22 trough February 25 and after reviewing my hotel bill there is a charge for $324 which I do not recognize. March 7 I spoke to front desk supervisor who was not able to explain what "guest room exempt" is. After talking to his manager I was informed that I will be contacted by the billing department and to expect a call from them after reviewing the bill. I still haven't received any information regarding this issue. I also filled a complaint case number 19934**** hope that you will be able to assist me with this mmatter.

Horrible visit

I stayed at the 3400 Norman Berry Rd in East Point GA over the weekend 2/16 to 2/19. Our floor 6 smelled completely like weed. I asked the lady and she said I think it's the carpets. We were there for 3 nights and they never came to service my room. Although I asked 2xs. We started with only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more they said they were out. We ran out of toilet paper. I called the front desk they told me to come to the front desk to get more. I asked the service lady cleaning the rooms for towels. She said she couldn't give me any either. The elevator isn't working properly at all. It opened on the 2nd floor every time. And almost closed on multiple people. This is disappointing I asked for the corporate number and the man up front said he didn't have it. This isn't acceptable to treat someone paying a lot of money for a hotel stay. I would like you to contact me asap to help resolve and refund this issue.

Recent hotel stay

My family and friends (18 people total) recently booked through Park/Sleep/Fly a stay at Doubletree Alsip (IL). We were flying out of Midway on a Sun and reurning on the following Thurs. When we booked, the Doubletree website stated to call in advance to make shuttle arrangements. We called and were told to just do it when we checked in. When we arrived on Sat, we checked in and scheduled the shuttle. (Our flight was leaving at 6:30am.) We were told that 4 people had already reserved the 11 person shuttle for 4am the following morning, so we would need to book a 3am shuttle and that our group would need to divide up bet the 3 & 4am shuttles. This meant 7 of us would need to be up by 2:15am to make the shuttle. (We could have stayed home and driven to the airport that Sun morning and saved the hotel price.) We were told when we checked in as well as by the shuttle driver that we would need to call the number we were given when we were at the baggage claim and schedule the return shuttle pick up. We actually started calling as soon as we got off the plane. No one answered any of the calls. 3 of the adults in our group each called no less than 25 (minimum) times a piece and NO ONE ever answered the phone. (3 of the people in our group were small children who were tired and hungry.) We ended up having to take 4 cabs to get us back to the hotel. The shuttle driver actually called 1 of the people in our group as they were almost to the hotel asking where we were as he and the manager each had driven a shuttle and were waiting for us at the airport cell parking lot. We told them we had called probably 75 times and no one ever answered. We all complained the the desk employee about what had happened. She apologized and told us she had just come on duty so she was not aware of everything going on. She also stated that she was going to reboot the phone system and lo and behold, we could now call and have the phone answered. She stated we would need to wait for the manager to come back so we could address our complaints with him. Once the shuttle driver and manager came back, the shuttle driver kindly apologized to us for the lack of communication. The manager, however, walked right past us and went into his office. He never even acknowledged us!!! (He stayed in his office until we were leaving.) The desk attendant copied all of our taxi receipts and stated she would give them to the manager to review. He coukd have done this while we were all still there! Instead he chose to hide. This was the absolute worst experience we have had at a Park/Sleep/Fly hotel and we all would have been better off to have driven up the day of our flights and paid to park at the airport. I feel that not only should we be reimbursed for our taxi rides, we should also be reimbursed for the entiee hotel stay. Thank you for your time!

For 3 nights I stood in ankle length water while taking a shower.

I talked to reps 5 different times throughout my stay. Finally the last night of my stay someone finally came to fix it. A supervisor told me she would take $50 off each night of my stay. When checking out the next morning, it wasnt honored. Then instead of holding $150 for security, $262 was held and no one could tell me why. I called and left 2 messages for the General Manager and 1 for the Assistant General Manager, and havent heard back from either. This was March 11, 12 and 14. Its the 17th of March and still no response.

Poor management

My District had reservations for board members and staff for a conference. When we arrived at 2:45 PM on 1-22-2024, we were told by the front desk that our rooms were not ready. We were told we were 2nd on the wait list for rooms once they were cleaned. The front desk staff left for the day and apparently di not communicate anything to the next shift. 4.5 hours later, we still did not have our rooms, even a board member kept asking. The front desk staff kept saying rooms were being cleaned. There was a line of customers throughout the lobby. I finally went the front desk and demanded to speak with the manager. The manager checked me in right away (no excuses about rooms being cleaned) and then walked away without checking in the rest of the members. I literally had to tell the front desk that I would not step aside until the board members were checked in as well. Within 10 minutes, everyone of our board was checked in and provided room keys. Four (4) board members are 70+ years old and this was very stressful for them. In three (3) rooms, soap was never provided during the stay. I guess you cannot afford to purchase soap. I met the cleaning supervisor and was informed that there was an issue on Sunday (1-21-24) with rooms not being cleaned, and she was never contacted to bring in additional help. She was told by the manager that she needed to clean 110 rooms Monday (1-22-24) by herself. That is terrible. At the very least Hilton should credit our account one night free for that stay (1-22-24 through 1-25-24). I will never stay at the Doubletree in Tallahassee again.

As a Diamond Member I expected better quality. The pool and hot tub area arr filthy dirty. When you check in they never tell you that they charge $20 a day to park even as a guest in the hotel. There is NO security or anything and the hotel is the ONLY one in the area that charges for parking. Charging to park in Tukwila is unheard of. Every other hotel in the area also gives you complimentary breakfast as a guest. NOT DOUBLETREE. When you ask a question NO knows the answer and no one cares to find out. Also why wouldn't a King Suite have a microwave??? The windows have no screens so you can't open for fresh air in the room and AC doesn't work properly so the room stays hot and muggy. It's just ridiculous to spend that much money to stay somewhere and it is way below standards. Not a way I wanted spend my wedding anniversary. Don't stay here.

Horrible customer service

After staying at the double tree hotel. I received an extra charge on my credit card. When I called customer service they said they could help me since I booked from a third party. The hotel would answer my calls. I understand that a hotel is busy. No one could tell me why I was being charged since I prepaid for the room. I have never had this horrible customer service. I will definitely never stay with Double Tree ever again.

Cci hotels res

I made a reservation on the web 10/10/23 with this service and had the date i was staying wrong so, I immediately canceled the reservation and they kept my $197.38 dollars. They say its their policy. The reservation was made over 30 days in advance. My bank couldn't refund. They represent Double tree hotels. I never stay there again. Is this the experience you want you customers to have? I made the reservation at the St. Louis Airport Doubletree. BTW I am a travel news reporter and have never heard of this action with anyone.
